Dan Sage (School of Business and Economics) and Catherine Rees (School of Arts, English and Drama) are conducting a major study into gender inequality within theatre.
It is thought that the study is the first of its kind, looking particularly at why there is a female majority in theatre training and education that switches to a male majority in the professional workplace.
