Social Media Training workshop

social-media-wshop-image1On Wednesday, 3rd May, the Impact@SBE hosted a workshop on Social Media training for research impact in collaboration with the Centre for Academic Practice (CAP) and Loughborough University Research Staff Association (LURSA). The session was run by Professor Mark Reed from Newcastle University.

The workshop covered:

  • Why use social media to create research impact?
  • What strategies could be most useful for creating research impact through social media
  • Practical exercise
